How to run a "comfort zone challenge"
Preperation
- Print the “Challenges” sheet so that you can hand one to every participant
- Keep the people updates about the event in our Telegram group
- Announce it there
- Post an hour beforehand so that everyone knows what's going on
- When you arrive at the location
Leading
Why do people come? To do something they're afraid of, and that in a group. Why? Because they would be alone otherwise. So let's help them succeed! But at the same time be aware that every person is different.
Meetup structure
- Wait for a few minutes to everyone to arrive. You can already hand out the challenges sheet.

Outcome independent. It's not about how the other person reacts (that we can't control), but that you went through your fear.

Respect the personal space of others!

Be aware thaat you're communicating with other peole and respect them.

Don't approach anyone from the front, that's scary. Better from the side. They shall easily be able to escape you if they don't feel like they want to talk to you.

- Thank everyone for participating and showing courage and pushing each other
- Go around in a circle and ask everone the two questions. Pay attention to the time, especially when a large group

Closing remarks
- Make people aware that they can use the group for individual meetups
- Tell them that we’re always looking for people supporting us in all levels of the club – from groups to board.
- If somone is motivated to do organizational work, invite them to the group, but make them aware
