Leading

Why do people come? To do something they're afraid of, and that in a group. Why? Because they would be alone otherwise. So let's help them succeed! But at the same time be aware that every person is different.

Meetup structure

  • Wait for a few minutes to everyone to arrive. You can already hand out the challenges sheet.
  • Introduce yourself
  • Explain the core idea
    • We're training courage
    • Comfort Zone - Learning Zone - Panic Zone
  • Explain important things
    • Outcome independent. It's not about how the other person reacts (that we can't control), but that you went through your fear.

    • Respect the personal space of others!

    • Be aware thaat you're communicating with other peole and respect them.

    • Don't approach anyone from the front, that's scary. Better from the side. They shall easily be able to escape you if they don't feel like they want to talk to you.

  • Let them find challenges
