Making sure the concepts of talkin’ are constantly reviewed and improved
Approving/disapproving talkin’plus concepts and trainer

talkin'plus coordinator

Currently: Kerem Hainberger
1 person, ideally 1 deputy
Overviewing talkin’plus schedule and event organizers.
The roles of organizing a talkin’plus event and the talkin’plus coordinator can be combined
The event organizer (not the talkin’plus coordinator!) has a profit split with talkin’: If the event is profitablle the profit is shared between the organizer of an event and the organization.

Team coordinator

Position available
1 person
Overview over the people involved in talkin’, both on board and in groups
Documenting those on our website
Making sure those people have access to all systems necessary (Slack, Google Drive, …)

New group founder

Currently: Matteo
Starting new groups in new cities
Run them until finding a team to take over

Community event organizer in a city

Berlin and Vienna available
1 person
Organizing team-events for a city, for example summer get-togethers or parties
Organizing a birthday parties for the club (at the end of November or a city-specific date)

Website Content Mastermind

Position available
1 person, ideally 1 deputy
Tasks:
Making sure the public area of the website serves the content for our target groups:
Participants of events
People interesting in getting involved
Making sure the knowledge base is up-to-date and serves the membes.
